December 26, 1961 – Billed as “The Beetles,” the band played at the Big Beat Ball in New Brighton.

December 24, 1963 – The first of the full stage production of “The Beatles Christmas Show” took place at the Astoria Cinema in London.

December 26, 1964 – “I Feel Fine” reached the top of the US charts, staying there for 3 weeks.

December 25, 1965 – The album “Rubber Soul” reached the top of the UK charts, staying there for nine weeks. Also, George proposed to his girlfriend, Pattie Boyd, who accepted.

December 22, 1966 – The song “Strawberry Fields Forever” was finally completed.
