Tydol Flying A Road Map of New Hampshire and Vermont

This map was issued in the 1950s by Tydol Flying A gas stations. From 1938 until 1955, the east coast Tydol Flying A stations were operated by the Tide Water Associated Oil Company. This map reflects the Flying A gasoline and other brands that were sold by Tide Water at the time, as shown on the back of the map.

There are great graphics both front and back on this map. The front has illustrations of different attractions scattered on it. Among these New Hampshire/Vermont attractions are Fort Constitution (NH), the Ethan Allen Monument (VT) and Daniel Webster’s Birthplace (NH). The map also contains a Historical Guide for travelers.
