Coca-Cola 1930s Multiplex Fountain Dispenser

From our collection comes this truly vintage Coca-Cola soda fountain dispenser, dating back to the 1930s. Coke dispensers, coolers and counters are some of the most collectible of all soda pop items. Sorry, these items are for reference only and are not for sale.

Coca-Cola 1930s Multiplex DispenserThis Multiplex Fountain Dispenser was the first automatic soda fountain dispenser. It would have been positioned on the soda fountain counter, and with the pull of the handle, the druggist was able to dispense a ready-to-drink Coke. There was no mixing the syrup and carbonated water as these two ingredients were automatically mixed at the point were they were dispensed.

The 6-sided Coca-Cola Multiplex Fountain Dispenser is Art Deco in design. Detailed with chrome and enamel, this dispenser was manufactured by the Multiplex Faucet Company. It is one of the most rare of all the Coca-Cola fountain dispensers. The one shown here was restored by us under Vintage Vending.

Sorry, this item is not for sale. We show restored items in our museum for viewing, information and to further the hobby of collecting and restoration. We also just want to share the photos of the many items we have restored over the years.
