Weekend DIY: Domino Magnets

Domino Magnets

The Domino Magnets project is as simple as the ABCs, yet adds a colorful accent to the fridge or magnetic board. (Source: Craftbits.com)

This weekend’s project is both simple and brilliant. Best of all, it can be completed right at the kitchen table.

Created as a “counting” project to help kids learn to count from 1 to 12, we think the finished pieces will look great holding up family pictures or to-do notes, too!

We love the idea of using an old wooden domino set and painting them ourselves, allowing us to choose a color palette that fits our most desired era. If you don’t have a set, you can often find them at local thrift stores.
