December 4, 1962 – The Beatles make their London TV debut on the children’s show “Tuesday Rendezvous.”

November 29, 1963 – The band’s fifth single “I Want To Hold Your Hand”/”This Boy” was released in Britain. It was the first single to receive advance orders of over 1 million.

December 3, 1965 – The Beatles began a short British tour. Also, the album “Rubber Soul” was released.

December 5, 1967 – John and George celebrated the opening of The Beatles’ Apple Boutique by attending a party.

December 3, 1969 – The BBC filmed John and Yoko for a few days.  The footage was to be a documentary for the show “24 Hours,” called “The World of John and Yoko
